GOALS!

Setting Goals and Rewards: Wow! 2012! As I am about to write a post updating my goals for this year, I thought I would also update this page. The long term goals are pretty much the same, but I've added some short term goals as well.

These will be re-evaluated in May after our trip west. So these goals are for January -May 2012

  • Get down to 240 pounds before our trip west.

  • Play more games and do more activities with my daughters every day.

  • Make less quick meals. Try to cook more healthy meals for my family.
  • Blog every day.
