GOALS!

Setting Goals and Rewards: 


Short Term: By August 5th

  • Get down to 215
  • Record my food every day for 5 weeks.
  • Cut out all sugar and sweetener for 5 weeks 
  • Workout: Bike 15 minutes twice a day. Stretch twice a day. 
  • Stop snacking in the evening
  • Stop eating fast food and drinking soda (Only salad and unsweet tea at fast food restaurants or chicken sandwiches with no bun)
  • Start getting up by 6am in the morning to have personal devotions and shower before the girls get up
  • Weigh in every Friday for 5 weeks
  • Share all meals and workouts with accountability 
  • 4 tumblers of water every day

Long term
  • Goal weight: 200 -- lost 130 pounds
  • Go on a thrift store shopping trip with my best friend and sister
  • Make less quick meals. Try to cook more healthy meals for my family. 
  • Health: Lower risk of diabetes, heart disease, and various cancers including breast and ovarian cancer. Decrease Knee pain. 
  • Activity: Be able to bike and hike with my family. I want my hubby to be able to carry me. I want to race my daughter when she is 10 years old and wicked fast! Be able to ride on roller coasters again! (yea, I’ve gotten that big! They can’t buckle me in!)****this makes me sad, because 2 of my daughters are 10 and older and I can barely walk. It's time to get this under control! My kids should not be worried about my health right now. 
  • Clothes: Be able to find cute clothes at thrift stores. 

Weight loss rewards
  • 215= Buy the next book and take a day off reading! 
  • 299 = Get a food scale
  • 370 = Get an hour massage
  • 250= $200 for new clothes
  • 230 = donate all my “fat” clothes and $500 for new clothes shopping trip
  • 200 = take a weekend trip with Jon. No time limits.



Achieved Short term: 



Achieved Long Term: WOOHOOO!

  • Pregnancy: increase chances of getting pregnant and be way cute as a preggo woman! (I have polycystic ovarian syndrome)----Achieved by: getting pregnant without needing surgery to remove ovarian cysts! Babies were born on 4/11/11 and 6/22/13!!!!
